If you are considering working within the bar and restaurant industry, then this workshop is a must. This popular half day workshop includes information on what you need to know regarding legal rights and responsibilities for both you and the restaurant patron, prevention and intervention techniques, as well as the appropriate tools to use in recognizing the signs of intoxication. Many restaurant and bar owners require this certification for their full and part-time staff.
