JHS03080414 Crew Manager

Duties: In the position of crew manager you will lead a team of independent contractors installing energy efficient products. You will need to utilize management and leadership skills to motivate, direct, and provide feedback to the crew. You will be required to work alongside the operations manager to create work plans to successfully complete projects in a timely manner. A demonstrated awareness of environmental issues is desired. Successful applicant will be required to work as a team to distribute, free of charge, energy saving environmental kits to Ottawa area residents. These kits are absolutely free. There is no sale involved.

Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the ability to:
-lead within a friendly team environment
-self motivated
-be presentable and well demeanour
-able to pass a criminal record check
-suitable candidates must possess a valid driver's license
-excellend English communication skills, French is an asset but not a necessity

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hr

Schedule: Mon. to Fri. 3pm - 8:30pm, and Saturday 10:30am- 6:00pm
