We are seeking dynamic individuals to respond to inbound/perform outbound calls to/from existing customers. Ensure superior quality service that exceeds customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a pleasant, courteous, professional, well-informed and effective manner.
Achieve quality service by accurately assessing and responding to customer needs and recommend appropriate options/solutions
Book service appointments and carry out service confirmation calls
Accurately complete appropriate documentation for each service call and input data for call history
Escalate any client issues to the appropriate department
Promote and up sell other services
Perform additional duties as required

 
Required skills - Compétences requises:
Capability to recognize key issues, causes, effects and implications
Good problem-solving skills in terms of assessing problems & making decisions
Superior communication skills
Some experience in the Call Centre industry
Ability to manage high level call volume
Experience within a computerized environment
MS Office Suite working knowledge
Adapt and respond quickly to changing demands
Meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of the automobile industry an asset
Working knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds database an asset
Bilingualism an asset
 
Pay Rate - Salaire/ taux horaire:
Rate - $10.00 per hour
 
Work schedule - Horaire de travail:
Available to work Full-time Monday to Friday (day shift 44 hrs)
