Duties / Tâches et responsabilités:
• Troubleshoot problems related to the Internet either by telephone or email;
• Diagnose possible problems and propose solutions;
• Assess customer needs, promote and sell products and services;
• Respond to and act on customer requests and complaints;
• Ensure customer satisfaction. Required skills / Compétences requises:
• Proficiency in English and French;
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a professional manner;
• Technical aptitude related to Windows, networking and the internet
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Call Centre experience would be a definite asset;
• Strong ability to work in a constantly changing environment.

Pay Rate - Salaire / taux horaire:
• $11.00 per hour with opportunities for performance-based pay increases;

Work schedule / Horaire de travail: Available 7 days a week, from 8am to midnight;

General comments / Autres renseignements importants: There are 30 positions available in both bilingual and unilingual, beginning June 26, 2006.
